Chapitre 1er : Attributions contentieuses

Article L111-1

   Le Conseil d'Etat est la juridiction administrative suprême. Il statue souverainement sur les recours en cassation dirigés contre les décisions rendues en dernier ressort par les diverses juridictions administratives ainsi que sur ceux dont il est saisi en qualité de juge de premier ressort ou de juge d'appel.
