Le conseil d'administration élit parmi ses
membres un président qui est, à peine de nullité de la
nomination, une personne physique. Il détermine sa rémunération.
Le président est nommé pour une durée qui ne
peut excéder celle de son mandat d'administrateur. Il est rééligible.
Le conseil d'administration peut le révoquer à
tout moment. Toute disposition contraire est réputée non écrite.
