Art. L. 225-92. - Les membres du directoire et du conseil
de surveillance, ainsi que toute personne appelée à assister aux réunions de
ces organes, sont tenus à la discrétion à l'égard des informations présentant
un caractère confidentiel et données comme telles par le président.
