PASSIVE CORRUPTION

Article 432-11

Is punished by ten years’ imprisonment and a 1,000,000 F fine if a person with public authority, charged with a public service mission, or with a public elective mandate, solicit or to approve, without right, at any time, directly or indirectly, offers, promises, gifts, gifts or any advantages:
